Walks and drop-ins start at $25, overnight sitting at $55 and weddings at $110 an hour. Transportation is $20 round trip. Holiday and weekend fees are stated plainly before you book.

Not Just Dogs and Cats
Drop-ins cover any animal: birds, rabbits, rodents, reptiles, fish and livestock. Special needs, elderly and disabled animals are welcome too, and every visit follows their own routine.
Dog Walking
Our dog walking service allows you to make sure your pet is well taken care of, even when you’re not around. We offer this for all sizes and breeds.
Walks are generally confined to the dog(s) within your household, so there is no need to worry about interactions with other pets if that is not something that appeals to you.
Overnight Sitting
Overnight sitting keeps your animals at home, in their own beds and on their own routine, with someone staying the night in your house from 7pm to 9am.
The stay covers evening and morning feeding, fresh water, litter and potty breaks, medication if needed, and plenty of play or lap time. You’ll get a photo update before bed and again in the morning.
Drop-Ins
Drop-ins cover any animal, not just dogs and cats. Birds, rabbits, rodents, reptiles, fish and livestock are all looked after the same way.
Our drop-in visits standardly last 30 minutes, but are available in other intervals such as 15 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour and longer.
They suit a midday potty break, a feeding or timed medication while you are at work or out for the day, with a photo update sent once the visit is done.
Boarding
Boarding means your animal stays in the sitter’s own home rather than yours, sleeping in the house as part of the family. We board in Milford and in Portland.
In Milford, Lindsay is a pet owner herself, so boarders need to get along with dogs and cats and not be overly aggressive toward rodents; a baby gate can block off the rodent area, with the expectation the animal won’t jump it. Portland is a quieter house with far fewer animals. Please contact for a price breakdown.
Transportation
We all have busy days and sometimes our vets, daycares and groomer’s hours dont work so well for our schedules. That’s where we come in! We provide round-trip transportation in a car equipped with a dog seatbelt.
Crates are available on request.
Weddings
You shouldn’t have to worry about how your dog will walk down the aisle or greet your guests on your wedding day. We will be there to take that stress off of you, and this can also include transportation to and from the venue.
We handle the whole day around your pet: arriving early so they settle in, keeping them calm through photos and crowds, managing water, potty breaks and quiet time away from the noise, and staying on hand for their part in the ceremony. Outfits, collars and flower crowns welcome.
Couples who book their wedding with us also receive a complimentary photo book of behind-the-scenes pictures of their dogs from while the two of you were busy.
Constant Care
Some animals should not be left on their own. Constant care means someone stays with your pet for the whole stretch you are away, rather than dropping in on a schedule.
This suits puppies, elderly animals, post-surgery recovery and pets on timed medication. Special needs, elderly and disabled dogs are welcome. Please contact us for a price breakdown.

View All FAQsAbsolutely. We request that you either leave your vet’s information at your house, or give it to us personally so we can have it on-hand easily. You will also need to contact your vet and let them know we will be dropping your pet off. Our cars are equipped with strap-in seatbelts and crates upon request, so your animal will be safe.
We have extensive experience, between animal shelters, pet-sitting and pet stores, working with pets of all kinds.
All of our individual clients at the present moment are walked individually or with their doggie brothers/sisters. Should you prefer a walk with another dog, we would require consent from the other party, a paid meet-and-greet between your pets, and a trial walk.
Southern Maine: Wells, Portland, Windham, Sebago, Brunswick and Lewiston/Auburn.
Central Maine and the mid-coast: Augusta, Waterville, Rockland and Belfast.
Greater Bangor and north: Bangor, Dover-Foxcroft and Lincoln.

There is no singular answer for this question as a variety of factors determine price, but our standard rate is $25 for 30 min, for one animal.
Prices can vary depending on distance, number of animals, length of stay and whether it is on a holiday/weekend.
Not only do we have years of experience with animals, but we also pride ourselves on flexibility, communication and empathy. Our consistent clients receive Christmas presents every year and when it’s time for them to cross the rainbow bridge, their human parents will receive a heartfelt memorial gift from us. While we take our business role seriously with insurance and pet first aid certification, the most important thing to us is you knowing your pet is cherished.
Holidays, nights, and weekends incur extra fees; $10 for holidays, $5 for weekends.
Additionally, we do have a cancellation policy. For our weekly clients, we require 24 hour notice. Exceptions can be made by discretion. Should the client cancel within this time frame, the full amount for services are due.
For services that are non-weekly, we require 2 weeks notice for there to be no extra fee (a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking). If canceled after two weeks but before one week in advance, 50% total will be due. Anything within one week of the booking will require the full amount.
